Relievy's return policy

At Relievy, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high quality products that meet your needs and expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please see our returns policy below.

90-Day Return Policy: You have 90 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return if the product does not meet your expectations. The product must be in the condition in which you received it.

1. Contacting us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@relievy.com. Include your order number, the items you want to return and the reason for the return.

2. Preservation of a return confirmation: After your return request has been checked and approved, you will receive instructions from us to return the product.

3. Shipping the product:Pack the item securely and include the original delivery note. You bear the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Receiving your refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be applied to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund for any faulty or damaged items.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item for the same item, email us at support@relievy.com and return the item to the returns address provided.
